Alexander Technique

Posture-correction therapy developed by F.M. Alexander (1869–1955).

F.M. Alexander based his work on the principle that a healthy human organism is a balanced unit of body and mind, the state of which is expressed in posture and movement, in addition to other indicators. The Technique re-educates the body in smooth movement and proper alignment to correct poor habits that may result in pain or other health problems.
