Rolfing / structural integration

A method developed by Ida Rolf (1896-1979) to improve posture and its underlying mental state.

Rolfing is first and foremost a deep and intense body massage that involves working the connective tissue with the fingers, knuckles and sometimes elbows. The massage begins at the neck and then extends to the rest of the body in a fixed sequence.
