Working in partnership to coordinate rehabilitation
The optimum coordination of rehabilitation requires us to work in close partnership with hospitals and rehabilitation clinics. CSS cooperates with you in organising and coordinating further treatment following a stay in hospital or a rehabilitation facility.
Together, we analyse what form of support and therapy the patient requires following an inpatient stay. Thanks to your medical assessment, our knowledge of insurance cover, our respective experience of healthcare in Switzerland and the available networks, we can work together to find the best follow-up treatment. A shared vision of what happens next also simplifies many of the administrative steps.
If the patient needs some form of assistance going forward, we can offer additional support from the CSS Care Management service at an early stage.
