CSS has been certified as a great place to work several times now on the basis of employee surveys. Market research company ValueQuest has recognised CSS for its excellent occupational health management and innovative workplace culture, among other things.
According to ValueQuest, one of Switzerland's leading specialists in employee surveys, CSS is a great place to work. ValueQuest officially recognised us as an "Excellent Employer" in 2023.
We were given this award because of the outstanding motivation level of all the employees who took part in the survey, scoring 83 out of a possible 100 points. And with more than 88% of CSS employees participating, this representative survey shows just how high their motivation is.
