41-hour week and 5 weeks’ holiday: Alternatively, you can increase your working time to 42 hours per week and take 6 weeks’ annual leave.

Work flexibly and individually – we allow you to optimally structure your working day. Choose to work part-time, benefit from individual working models, enjoy a paid break of 20 minutes per day, or work from home, from your mobile office or in a co-working space. We give you space and freedom that actively takes your needs into consideration, while also specifically strengthening the community. The principle is: we work wherever we can make the greatest impact - always in consultation with your team.

If you work on site at one of our offices, you will get to know our many forms of collaboration: choose between standing desks and Talky boxes for a spontaneous discussion or as a place to retreat for a focused working session. Promote creative cooperation in our collaboration rooms. And use our tea and coffee stations and rest spaces to enjoy a break with your colleagues or to just take a breather. We are gradually rolling out desk sharing, which encourages cooperation and flexibility.

Our sustainability highlights at CSS
- Water bottles and refreshing water stations: Our specially chosen, sustainable water bottles are almost always at hand. The water stations and coffee stations at all our locations have reusable cups and drinkware to reduce the use of disposable utensils and provide areas where employees can pause for refreshment.
- Efficient without paper: In many areas our way of working is fully digital, which not only protects the environment, but also improves efficiency. We promote digitalisation and create future-proof work processes using modern tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.

- Green mobility: Make the most of our offers for environmentally friendly commuting. In Central Switzerland you can use nextbikes free of charge, and in Lucerne and Vennes you can rent e-bikes.
