Healthy habits: 4 employees share their experiences

Healthy habits: Balance for Carmen

A healthy lifestyle can be summed up quite simply: doing plenty of exercise, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and taking care of your mental health. How individually and diversely people organise their days to live healthily is shown by the conversations with these current and former CSS employees.

What do you do for your health?

For Carmen, the morning routine is sacred; Garry covers 40 kilometres a day on his bike almost as a matter of course; Christine spoils herself with a new menu; and Stephanie takes conscious time out on hectic days with meditation or laughter yoga.

The four have one thing in common

What they do to keep healthy and feel good has changed over the course of their lives. In the video, they talk about what health means to them today and what health tips they would like to pass on as inspiration.

Garry’s health tip

“Have fun with what you do and incorporate this fun into your everyday life. Because doing something good for your health then becomes something quite normal.” If, like Garry, your fun is off-piste, read our freeride safety tips here.

No wonder Christine has become a passionate cook: “For me, enjoying food goes hand in hand with good health.”

Christine’s health tip

“Use unaltered, natural foods as much as possible. With fresh herbs and lots of spices, you can be unbelievably creative. The best thing is to just try it out for yourself.” These Christmas spices, for example, will lift your mood during the cold season.
