Nettle hair rinse

Tip: The forgotten vegetable

Stinging nettle is more than just a medicinal herb, it also contains nutrients and vital substances and has a surprisingly mild and creamy flavour. It can be used in a variety of delicious dishes. Nettle contains large amounts of iron, calcium and vitamin C. Prepared like spinach, the leaves lose their sting as soon as they are cooked or soaked in water.
