1 - 2 tsp almond oil or olive oil
1 - 2 drops essential oil (fennel, aniseed, lavender)
Gently massage the stomach with circling motions. Always massage clockwise (the stomach is the clock from the observer’s viewpoint) around the bellybutton.
The massage should always feel pleasant.
