  1. No preparation is needed for the first session.

Frequently Asked Questions

The course is exclusively for CSS clients aged 18 and above. It is open to women and their family members, both male and female.

To ensure we can work interactively, the number of participants is limited to a max. of 15 and a min. of 5 people. If fewer than 5 people register, the course will not take place. Participants will be informed in advance.

Yes. Since the course is progressive, we advise to attend all sessions.
