How the course works

  1. No preparation is needed for the first session.
  2. The course is interactive. You decide at all times what information you wish to share with the group. We create a respectful and safe space where you can share your experiences – but only if you wish to.
  3. The course leaders will suggest practical exercises and everyday strategies for you to try between sessions, such as energy management (pacing), breathing and relaxation strategies, etc.

The aim is to develop individual solutions that fit your current life situation and provide long-term support.

Led by Experts

The course is led by Leijla Baltic, CSS Health Coach. She supports people with long COVID in managing their daily lives more effectively and developing sustainable strategies to improve their quality of life.

What the course does not cover

This course provides theoretical input and self-management strategies but does not replace medical care or therapy.

Sessions with longer intervals and a slow pace

The sessions take place several weeks apart, allowing participants to process the content at their own pace and gradually integrate it into their daily life. People with long COVID often need more time to recover and adjust to new strategies, as their physical and mental resilience can vary significantly. The longer intervals help to prevent mental overload, and provide enough time to practise techniques, monitor progress and make personal adjustments. This ensures that the course has a lasting impact and brings long-term improvements to everyday life.
